SMS and phone calls

We use a virtual device and phone number to receive the SMS texts and phone calls so that we can test that the messages were sent successfully. And once they’re received, use the data — like a two-factor PIN code — to complete the rest of the workflow. 

Notifications and alerts

Verify that users are receiving texts, and can act on them if they need to. The notifications can be triggered by a user action, or as part of a marketing campaign.

Account verification & recovery

If your application relies on a separate device to verify or activate an account, we create a virtual version to test your critical workflows so that users are never locked out permanently.

Customer support & reminders

We can test that appointment notifications are being delivered successfully every time, and on schedule. And just as importantly, we make sure to delete any test data we create along the way.
